Being vaccinated against the flu means your body will be able to respond faster and more effectively to fight the flu. Although you can still get the flu after being vaccinated, you usually will get only a mild form and recover faster. You are also much less likely to have serious complications.

In most cases, you don't need to wait afterward so the process is very quick. A few minutes.
A small number of patients will be asked to wait for twenty minutes afterward to ensure there is no reaction to the injection. Mostly these people can wait in their car.
Where can I get vaccinated?
All our 40+ clinics can offer flu vaccinations. Keep in mind, many of our clinics are open 8am to 8pm 7 days per week for your convenience. Two clinics operate 24/7.
You don't have to be enrolled with us, but the price is much lower if you are.
You don't need to make an appointment. However, with our White Cross clinics, we advise calling first as they mostly deal with accident and emergency cases and have to take more urgent cases first.
